Proud to Refer Program Impacts Local Elementary School Combined with Dallas History

The PrideStaff, PrideStaff Financial, and G.A. Rogers & Associates “Proud to Refer” client referral program is a way for us to continually serve our existing clients while also making new connections and impacting charitable organizations. This program allows us to make a charitable donation on behalf of any individual who shares a qualifying client referral with our team.

This referral donation is truly one that comes full circle for our client. PrideStaff Financial and G.A. Rogers client, TDIndustries referred our team of staffing professionals to the Fogo de Chao corporate office. Because of this successful referral, we had the opportunity to make a charitable donation on behalf of TDIndustries. It came as no surprise that TDIndustries selected Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary School as the recipient of the donation. This particular elementary school just so happens to be named after the founder of TDIndustries, Jack Lowe, Sr. In 1975, Lowe led the Dallas Alliance Task Force that ultimately presented the plan for desegregation of Dallas public schools. Lowe had been approached by the U.S. District Judge to form the group comprised of the city’s three largest ethnic groups in effort to represent the great majority of the people. In recognition of his impact, Lowe’s name was later endorsed as a school in the Dallas Independent School District.

It is our honor to not only make a contribution to a school in our community, but to also make an impact so closely connected to our client’s and Dallas’ history. The “Proud to Refer” program was put into action several years ago, and we are so grateful for the impact it has created across countless organizations.

We value having the opportunity to work alongside our clients, old and new, while also giving back to our community. If you are interested in referring a client to the PrideStaff team and earning a charitable donation on your behalf, CLICK HERE to learn more.
