Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is the Division Leader for our PrideStaff Financial & G.A. Rogers brands. 

With over a decade of Accounting & Finance recruitment experience, Sarah is known for bringing a thoughtful and consultative approach to helping organizations build out their teams. Her primary goal is to leverage that expertise internally with PrideStaff Financial & G.A. Rogers & Associates. Sarah aims to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and fun while prioritizing the PrideStaff mission of providing client experiences focused on what they value most. 

Sarah graduated from Texas A&M University and began her career working in Accounting. As a Revenue Controller in 2012, Sarah was impacted by a corporate restructure and found herself prioritizing her own job search. Sarah had previously worked with PrideStaff Financial on the client side as a hiring manager, and she trusted they would provide her with a consultative approach to reach her career goals. She had no idea that choice would come to be the best career decision she had ever made. Sarah was offered an internal role with PrideStaff Financial and has consistently been trusted with career growth and leadership opportunities over the last 12 years. 

Sarah is inquisitive! Listening is her specialty and you will leave any conversation with her knowing that you have a forever friend. Sarah wants to fully understand the day-to-day hurdles that your team is navigating. She aims to earn your trust and create a personalized strategy to add value. Sarah is genuinely interested in not only working with you, but also becoming an extension of your team.   

Sarah plays an active role in DallasHR, volunteering on their membership engagement committee and she is also a member of the American Staffing Association, where she supports the Direct Hire Counsel. 

Her weekends are filled with little league, toddler snuggles, and trips to Target. She is loving this sweet season so much!

Alina Jones

Alina Jones is a Senior Staffing Consultant. She focuses on recruiting talent, managing and maintaining employee and client relationships, and also conducting business development. Alina always strives to deliver quality work and gain an understanding of clients’ business needs focused on what they value most. She also focuses on matching candidates with the right opportunity that aligns with their goals. 

Alina graduated from the University of North Texas with a double major in International Relations: Security and Diplomacy, and a French major with a minor in Spanish. She began her staffing career in 2019, and later joined the PrideStaff Financial team in 2020 as a Staffing Consultant. 

In her freetime, Alina enjoys spending time outdoors; either at the beach, lake, or mountains.

Catherine Streng

Catherine Streng is a Staffing Consultant for PrideStaff Financial. She works with both clients and candidates to help find them a perfect match in the Accounting and Finance industry.  Catherine values meaningful connections and authenticity. On a whim, Catherine applied for a position through PrideStaff. While that role wasn’t the perfect fit, after interviewing her, the team was eager to bring Catherine on internally. The rest is history! 

Catherine has received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Journalism. Following college, she moved to South Korea to be an English teacher for a little over a year. Catherine has been a long standing supporter and donor to Liberty In North Korea. LiNK assists North Korean refugees with escaping and helping them settle in countries around the world.

Although she may not look it, Catherine was born and raised in Costa Rica! Her family relocated to the United States when she was 10 years old. Since then, she has lived in a total of five different countries including Costa Rica, the USA, England, Spain, and South Korea. Because of her background, she is passionate about cross cultural connections and diversity. Catherine also considers herself to be a bit of a nerd. In her freetime she can usually be found reading or gaming fantasy stories!

Grace Hale

Grace Hale is a Recruiting Assistant for PrideStaff Financial. She reviews resumes and schedules interviews for her team. Grace is the first point of contact in finding top talent for PrideStaff Financial. She is a great listener and loves making connections with people anywhere she goes. 

Grace was born and raised in California, but relocated to Texas when her husband was stationed here with the Army. She plays an active role in the Family Readiness Groups Organization where she organizes events and creates a support system for spouses while their loved ones are deployed. 

Grace loves traveling to different countries, trying new things, and serving in the church. Following high school, Grace spent time abroad in Germany and backpacked through Europe. She went on to earn a degree in Communications from Westmont College in Santa Barbara.
