We believe it is Our Mission to “consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” Our outstanding Field Associates carry this Mission with them every day to dive in with both hands and feet to work hard, serve others, and make a difference is only a small part of what makes our Everyday Heroes shine. It’s these tendencies combined with their ability to pour their efforts into others in order to leave things better than they found it that have made our Everyday Heroes an indispensable part of PrideStaff. This month we are excited to recognize Nadarajan Sengamalai as our Everyday Hero!
Nada has worked for PrideStaff Financial on six different assignments over the past five years. Two of those have been direct hires. On each assignment, the hiring managers have raved about his professionalism, his knowledge, his ability to adapt in agile environments and his kind nature. Nada has been successful in very stressful environments, providing a sense of calm and clarity. He is dependable, is meticulous and has represented PrideStaff with such grace. He has been an Everyday Hero on assignment AND to our internal team. He’s the best!
