It’s these tendencies combined with their ability to pour their efforts into others in order to leave things better than they found it that have made our Everyday Heroes an indispensable part of PrideStaff. This month we are excited to recognize Atrice Lockett as our Everyday Hero.
Atrice’s supervisor explained why she was an Everyday Hero! “Atrice is an amazing addition to our W2 Hotline project. The first year that Atrice worked on the W2 project she displayed her adeptness with grasping new tasks. We customarily allow new team members two days to train before allowing them to address customer inquiries, independently. Atrice came in and within hours was assisting our customers with minimal assistance from her trainer. Atrice worked as a floater in her first year on the project. During the second year, relying on our previous experience, we specifically requested Atrice for the W2 Hotline project. Once again, Atrice amazed us with her quick ability to refresh herself in our practices and within hours she was assisting customers. We have found Atrice to be reliable and hardworking; she is our PrideStaff everyday hero!”
