You are also responsible for making them want to come to work for your organization. A couple examples could be talking about your perks, giving them a tour of your office, as well as introducing them to your team.

Number two. Write Clear Job Descriptions. It’s important to be precise. Everyone’s time is more productive when tasks and responsibilities associated with the position are clearly stated.

Number three. My personal favorite. Make timely decisions. Most candidates apply to work at your company because they are actively seeking a new job. When you make the interview process timely and responsive, you will capture the best talent before your competitors do.

And number four, offer fair compensation. Money isn’t everything, but it can certainly make the difference between hiring top talent and losing them to another company.
