Shannon’s path to recruiting started with coffee. A barista position at a local shop quickly turned into management, which led her to human resources in 2019. Working in HR, Shannon discovered she loved screening and interviewing candidates. She found it rewarding to help people find roles where they could thrive. Joining PrideStaff Financial in 2024 was a natural next step.

Shannon is a self-described social butterfly who genuinely loves connecting with people. Outside of work, she’s fiercely competitive during game nights with her eight siblings. When she’s not working or winning at board games, you’ll find her at home with her husband, two kids, and three cats.
