How the PrideStaff Dallas referral program works
It Pays to Have Friends® is our referral bonus program. Refer someone to PrideStaff Dallas, and when we place them on an assignment for at least 160 hours, you get a $100 Visa gift card. One bonus per person referred, no cap on how many friends you send our way. Submit the form to get started.

Our Dallas team gets in touch with your friend, learns what kind of work they’re looking for, and starts pairing them with open roles across accounting and finance, administrative, call center and customer service, and executive search. - They get placed. You get paid.
Once your friend completes 160 hours on an assignment with us, we send you a $100 Visa gift card.

Current and former PrideStaff Dallas field associates.
If you’ve worked on assignment through us and you’re in good standing (eligible for rehire), you can refer friends. This is the sweet spot of the program. You already know how we work, your friends trust you, and we trust your recommendation.
Anyone else.
You don’t have to have worked with us to refer someone. If you know a great candidate looking for their next move in Dallas, send them our way.
A few exceptions.
If recruiting is part of your day job with PrideStaff, you’re not eligible. And your referral has to be someone new to us, they can’t already be in our system from the last 12 months, and they can’t currently be working for one of our client companies.

How much is the PrideStaff Dallas referral bonus?

When do I get paid for the referral?
After your friend completes at least 160 hours on an assignment with PrideStaff Dallas. Most of our assignments are full-time, so that usually works out to about four weeks of work.
How long does my friend have to get placed?
Your friend needs to be placed on assignment within six months of when you submit the referral. After that, the referral expires.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Refer as many friends as you want. You get $100 per person we place, no cap.
What if my friend has already applied to PrideStaff?
If your friend applied to any PrideStaff office in the last 12 months, or if someone else referred them first, the referral doesn’t qualify. First referral wins.
What kinds of jobs does PrideStaff Dallas place people in?
We specialize in accounting and finance, along with administrative, customer service and call center, and executive roles. If your friend has experience in any of those areas, we can probably help.
