Last summer we introduced “Thankful Thursday” as a way to highlight the importance of relationships with our clients and employees. While we have always been thankful for those we work with, taking time to show it has made all the difference. It has been a delight to take time each week to express gratitude for those who matter most.
We try our best to get out and make visits, but we love to invite colleagues to our office as well. Thankful Thursday surprises have included ice cream, cupcakes, flowers, and more!
Staffing is a fast-paced industry that differs each day. We often find ourselves running between interviews and client meetings with little time to spare.
