Utilizing Thursdays to thank our colleagues and friends.
Last month marked the introduction of our latest program, “Thankful Thursday.” Each week we will select employees, clients, referrals, or even our own teammates to show our appreciation. Thankful Thursday gratitude may include an invitation to the office for breakfast, flowers, candy, ice cream… You get the idea!
In July we kicked off our Thankful Thursday program by joining several of our employees who are currently working with our client in Irving. Many of whom have moved from temporary to permanent roles! PrideStaff Senior Staffing Consultant, Jody Northcutt took time to host an ice cream social as a nice break from the work day. Several employees joined and walked away with raffle prizes!
While our days are mostly spent matching professionals with rewarding career opportunities, we also find it important to take a moment to thank and recognize those we work with on a daily basis. Our employees, clients, and referrals are a large piece of the PrideStaff North Dallas Team.
