Get to Know Julie
Julie Vicic is a Strategic Partner for the PrideStaff Dallas locations. Her primary goal is to build and retain a team of top performers who strive to live the mission for PrideStaff client companies and its employees. Julie focuses on providing development opportunities, resources, and space for creation and innovation to ensure that our team enjoys an environment dedicated to their success. The high-touch experience that they provide ensures that our clients return to us year after year.
Julie attended Texas A&M University where she met her husband and her closest circle of friends. She began her PrideStaff career as a Recruiting Assistant, and quickly progressed to Branch Manager. Julie shared aspirations for launching her own PrideStaff location, however Strategic Partner, Amy Linn suggested instead that the two work together to expand the North Dallas business. Julie became a Strategic Partner in 2007 and has since led an award-winning team alongside Amy.
Despite its challenges, Julie enjoys learning and adapting with the changing employment market. The most rewarding thing about what we do is having a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. From Julie’s perspective, you are not just a client or candidate; you are a human, a friend, a fellow professional with your own goals and objectives. She looks to find ways to not only provide great candidates and jobs, but also resources, solutions, and insight on how meeting those goals and objectives can lead to your success. This approach has built numerous lifelong partnerships with our clients and candidates at different stages and transitions in their own careers.
While much of Julie’s time is spent leading the PrideStaff team, she can often be found at high school football games, baseball tournaments, golf tournaments, college visits, driving lessons, (and maybe even a few TikTok dances!). Her two teenage sons keep her busy, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Julie and her family love to escape to the Texas coast for fishing, kayaking, and shelling when they have the freetime. Julie also loves to cook comfort food for her friends and family, and she is currently enjoying a new venture of painting. Julie is a member of the Wylie ISD Career & Technology Education Council, and a Board Chair for the Wylie High School PTSA.
