About Amy

25 Years of Building Teams in Dallas

Amy Linn is the owner and Strategic Partner of PrideStaff Dallas, PrideStaff Financial, and G.A. Rogers & Associates. Her priority is creating a culture where her team thrives, because she knows that’s what drives results for clients and candidates.

Amy’s path to staffing wasn’t planned. After graduating from Arizona State University, she intended to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. But student debt had other ideas. She took a temporary summer job at the PrideStaff flagship office in Phoenix, expecting it to be a short stop. It wasn’t.

Within months, Amy realized something that shaped her entire career: the day-to-day operations weren’t what made a staffing company successful. What mattered was how you made people feel. That insight stuck. Two years later, she moved to Dallas to open the first PrideStaff franchise in the market.

Over 25 years, Amy has grown PrideStaff Dallas into a 20-time President’s Circle winner, 5-time Office of the Year, and a 2-time Dallas Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree. But ask her what she’s most proud of, and she’ll tell you it’s watching her team grow personally and professionally.

Amy is active in DallasHR and the American Staffing Association. Outside of work, she’s planning the next team celebration (surprises are her specialty), popping champagne for any accomplishment worth toasting, or heading to Disney with her kids.
