Cindy Lule is a Staffing Consultant for PrideStaff. She maintains strong working relationships, and gains a deep understanding of her clients’ wants and needs. She likes to visit client sites to build rapport and gain knowledge of their company culture. Cindy works directly with candidates to showcase their strengths to hiring managers and find a great match for both parties. Cindy prides herself on efficient, error-free work. She pays high attention to detail and always gets the job done.
Cindy is a Dallas native, and truly believes in the community that Dallas offers. Prior to PrideStaff, she worked with the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) in Human Resources for 10 years. There she was a Staffing Specialist focused on hiring and onboarding for the entire district, which just so happens to be the second largest district in the state of Texas! Her tenure there allowed her to gain a strong and diverse skill set in staffing and HR functions.
You will always find Cindy with a smile on her face. She is bubbly, energetic, and spontaneous. She loves to dance and spend time with her friends and family. She especially loves traveling and experiencing new things with her daughter. Cindy also spends a great deal of time volunteering and teaching about her faith.
