For the second year in a row, three members of our PrideStaff Financial and G.A. Rogers & Associates Dallas teams earned awards at the PrideStaff Annual Conference, held February 22-24. The annual event, hosted this year in Houston, Texas, connects PrideStaff colleagues from across the country. Attendees gain knowledge from industry experts and also celebrate one another’s achievements throughout the past year. We are honored that multiple members of our team were recognized as top performers among their peers.
Alina Jones received the NPS Leader Award. This award is presented to the team member who receives the most shout-outs in our annual client and candidate survey. ClearlyRated’s Net Promoter® Score (NPS) provides insight and direction via customer feedback that we consider crucial for our business growth. Alina’s clients and candidates have provided remarkable responses on her level of service and delivery of our mission. One candidate shared, “I did not expect Alina to go as above and beyond as she did for me. With that, I will be sending everyone I know her way.”
Sarah Brown earned the award for Highest Average G.A. Rogers & Associates Fees for 2023. This award is presented to the G.A. Rogers team member who has the highest average of all fees sold throughout the year.
Stephanie Wallick & Sarah Brown also brought home the award for Record-Breaking G.A. Rogers & Associates Fee. This is the second time that Wallick and Brown have worked together in recruiting and placement to earn the award.
