Victoria Burke

Victoria Burke is a PrideStaff Strategic Partner focused on our growth in the downtown Dallas area. She directly supports business development with new and existing clients, as well as our internal team’s professional development. Victoria has held multiple roles in which she has grown within the organization. She began as a Recruiting Assistant in 2014, then went on to be a Recruiter, Staffing Consultant, Business Development Manager, and now a Strategic Partner.

When working with clients, Victoria looks to be a partner for their business. While she strives to find great people for your organization, she also wants to support your overall business.  Victoria puts effort into retention strategies, company culture, and leadership coaching. She also puts great value in meeting the needs of our candidates. Ensuring that you are happy where you are working allows her to be successful in her role. Victoria received the PrideStaff BOSS Award (Best of Sales and Service) for fiscal years 2020 and 2021.

Victoria is incredibly outgoing and adventurous. Perhaps it’s in her DNA? The Wright brothers are her eighth cousins; she has the family tree to prove it! Victoria has been a certified scuba diver for nearly 20 years. She makes wine as a small hobby, and loves making pasta and pizza dough from scratch. She’s an animal lover, and if there is a dog nearby she is very likely to bring it home. Victoria is also a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber.
