Twenty Years in IT, Now Working With People

Walter spent the last two decades in IT, leading global operations, managing projects, and overseeing teams of every shape and size. What he figured out along the way is that his true passion is working with people. PrideStaff lets him take all that experience and point it at making a real difference: helping job seekers land long-term roles.

Outside the office, he’s big on family time and traveling whenever possible. He and his wife are always discovering new food spots, and he tries not to miss his daughter’s school events. Whenever they get time off, they’re exploring somewhere new together. He’s also a huge film fan, so send him your movie recommendations, domestic or international.

From time to time, Walter goes with his mother to community meetings to support her work as a civil and human rights advocate
