Harmony Potts is a Staffing Consultant at PrideStaff in Dallas, specializing in warehouse and logistics staffing, a specialty we’re excited to bring to Dallas companies. If you called PrideStaff Dallas over the past couple of years, chances are Harmony was the friendly voice who answered. She started as the first point of contact for candidates, and along the way she found that her previous hands-on work experience lined up perfectly with what Dallas companies were needing in their warehouses and distribution centers. Now she works directly with those companies and job seekers to fill warehouse, distribution, and logistics roles.

Harmony is originally from a small farm town in New York. Before joining PrideStaff, she spent several years working for a remodeling company that took her all across the United States. That experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service and hands-on, fast-moving work environments. That’s exactly the world warehouse and logistics teams live in every day.

What Harmony wants everyone to know: she’s been in your shoes. She’s worked on both the client side and the candidate side of the table. She understands that finding the right person isn’t just about filling a shift. It’s about finding someone who shows up, fits the team, and sticks around.

When she’s not staffing warehouse floors across Dallas, Harmony is an avid oil painter. Her art has been on hold while she’s focused on her career and settling into her new home in Dallas, but she’s eager to pick up the brushes again soon.
