Harmony Potts is a Staffing Consultant at PrideStaff Dallas. She’s the first point of contact for candidates, scheduling interviews and connecting job seekers with the right recruiters. If you’ve called PrideStaff Dallas, chances are you’ve already talked to Harmony.

Harmony is originally from a small farm town in New York. Before joining PrideStaff, she spent several years working for a remodeling company that took her all across the United States. That experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support, and taught her how to connect with people from all walks of life.

What Harmony wants candidates to know: she’s been in your shoes. Throughout her career, she’s worked on both the client side and the candidate side of the table. She understands that finding the right job isn’t just about filling a position. It’s about finding the right fit for your life and your goals.

When she’s not helping candidates take their first step, Harmony is an avid oil painter. Her art has been on hold while she’s focused on her career and settling into her new home in Dallas, but she’s eager to pick up the brushes again soon.
