Carole Arakelian is the Payroll Administrator for all PrideStaff Dallas locations. She handles payroll and employee onboarding, making sure every detail is covered behind the scenes. Before joining the team, Carole worked with PrideStaff as a client.

About Carole

From Client to Team Member

Carole Arakelian handles payroll and employee onboarding for all PrideStaff Dallas locations. Before joining the team in 2015, she worked directly with PrideStaff as a client. Our team placed employees at Carole’s former organization, and that’s where her relationship with PrideStaff began.

When Carole retired, it didn’t take long for her to realize she wanted to get back to work. She joined the PrideStaff team and has been keeping operations running smoothly ever since.

Outside of work, Carole is deeply involved in volunteer work. She and her husband volunteer with Kairos Prison Ministry, and she has spent years supporting her church missions program, Samaritan’s Purse, Presbyterian Plano, and Scottish Rite Hospital for Children
