Driving Digital Growth

Ashly’s journey to PrideStaff has been anything but traditional, and she takes pride in that. Her passion for design, coding, and digital storytelling started in high school.

After high school, Ashly paused to start a family. During that time, she discovered her love for the digital world and decided to pursue a degree in Graphic Communications and Marketing. While working for her alma mater, she developed an online learning platform and curriculum for a new middle school, which led her into marketing.

From there, Ashly’s career took her through food trend analysis, community planning and development, and eventually into political marketing and public office. She spent the last 10 years focused on grassroots initiatives before life changes brought her family to Texas and to PrideStaff in 2024.

Outside of work, Ashly is married to her high school sweetheart, and they’ve raised three young men who are now in college in East Texas. She’s a dog mom, an avid off-roader, a Halloween enthusiast, a traveler, and a historic home restorer. There’s no clear line between her work and personal interests—both are done with her unique flair and enthusiasm.

Ashly is a board member of the American Advertising Federation East Texas and a member of Historic Tyler, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving historic sites and structures. She also volunteers with Project Unbroken, an organization that helps families left behind by suicide find a way to thrive again.
