Leading Dallas Recruiting for Accounting & Finance

Sarah Brown is the Division Leader for PrideStaff Financial and G.A. Rogers & Associates in Dallas. She oversees recruiting strategy, develops client partnerships, and mentors her team to deliver results for both employers and job seekers.

What sets Sarah apart? She started her career in accounting. After working as a Revenue Controller, a corporate restructure in 2012 put her on the job seeker side of the table. She turned to PrideStaff Financial as a candidate and trusted their consultative approach to help her reach her next career goal. That experience became the foundation for how she treats every person she works with today.

Sarah was offered an internal role with PrideStaff Financial and has been trusted with increasing leadership responsibility over the past 12 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University and brings both the technical knowledge and firsthand experience that helps her connect with accounting and finance professionals at every level.

Sarah is active in DallasHR, volunteering on their membership engagement committee. She also serves on the Direct Hire Council for the American Staffing Association.

Outside of work, her weekends are filled with little league games, toddler snuggles, and trips to Target.
