Hi, I’m Jody! I’m a Senior Staffing Consultant for PrideStaff Dallas, and some would describe me as “the office cheerleader.” Encouragement is my thing! If you have worked with our team, you know that we work hard, and we celebrate harder. I love achieving big milestones with my internal team, and I get equally as excited about having a front row seat to my candidates’ success.
Last week I had the opportunity to visit one of our fabulous Fortune 500 clients to share our gratitude (and donuts!) for a job well done by our employees. We currently have 19 employees placed there, and they were all due for a Jody high-five! Checking in, hearing how everyone’s job is going, learning about future goals, and sharing countless hugs and laughter is what it’s all about! Each day I spend a good bit of time talking with clients to learn about their staffing needs and what matters most to their business.
