DALLAS, Texas – Feb 26, 2025 – On Friday, February 14, 2025, PrideStaff Dallas celebrated its 25th year in business. A quarter century of relationships built on gratitude. 25 years ago PrideStaff Strategic-Partner Amy Linn tapped into the Dallas market as a woman-owned business, and immediately began a tradition of excellence. Linn earned PrideStaff’s coveted “Office of the Year” award among all US franchisees while only in her second year of business. This would be the first of many prestigious recognitions to come, including SMU’s Dallas 100, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Place to Work, Largest Women Owned Business, and North Texas’ Largest Staffing Agencies.
A staffing partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure opened PrideStaff Dallas’ eyes to the profound impact of community service. This simple beginning ignited PrideStaff’s passion for giving back, leading to partnerships with countless Dallas organizations. The company’s commitment to community impact continued through support of the North Texas Food Bank, Genesis Women Shelter, Ronald McDonald House, and Best Buddies Friendship Walk. What started as staffing support for one race became the first stride in a journey of service that continues to define PrideStaff Dallas’ legacy today.
As PrideStaff celebrates 25 years of serving the Dallas community, the company’s leaders have committed $25,000 to support a local nonprofit organization. PrideStaff Dallas is inviting its community to nominate any nonprofit that is making waves in our area. Each eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit nomination will be carefully reviewed by our committee. Nominations close March 31, 2025.
