Get to Know Jody
Jody Northcutt is a Senior Staffing Consultant for PrideStaff. She has been with the PrideStaff team for over 11 years. She works with candidates to discuss their career goals and provide guidance on new opportunities. Jody also works directly with our clients in finding them a perfect match to meet their staffing needs. Jody’s career began in sales, but when she landed in staffing she knew that it was where she was meant to be. She became part of the PrideStaff mission after relocating from California to Texas.
Jody will always provide clients with more service than what they feel is necessary. She strives to provide them with an experience based on what they value most in a staffing partner. She also cares about her candidates and finds it an honor to listen and be a resource in their job search. Jody is the recipient of the PrideStaff DNA Award for her dedication to living the mission, along with the continued praise she receives from employees and clients.
Jody works remotely from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She loves to cook and garden. She also loves to get outside and walk on the beach every chance she gets. Jody loves to travel, and you can always find her looking for a new place to explore. Her current favorites are Hawaii, San Francisco, and Nashville.
