Location: Dallas, TX (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About This Opportunity

Rather split your day between building equipment and checking that it works? Our Dallas client manufactures laboratory and diagnostic products for clinical healthcare, and they need a technician who can handle both sides of that work. The role runs an even split between assembly and quality inspection, so you’re moving between the bench, the test equipment, and the documentation instead of doing one task all day. The contract runs through the end of the year with the chance to extend or convert based on order activity.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble equipment parts and finalize setups, including rotors, markers, and wiring harnesses
  • Inspect wiring, circuitry, and completed assemblies for accuracy and compliance
  • Run functional tests, burn-ins, and acceptance tests using standard test equipment
  • Support Quality Management System processes, including nonconforming material and CAPA documentation
  • Verify vendor conformance and keep inspection records current

What You Need

  • Minimum of 1 year in electronic assembly and quality inspection within equipment manufacturing
  • Experience with basic test and measurement equipment: voltmeter, ohmmeter, electrical safety analyzer
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with electronic technology training a plus
  • Windows 10/11 proficiency and basic MS Office skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to sit or stand for long periods

Why Apply: Weekly pay, an even split between assembly and inspection work, medical/dental/vision options, and the chance to extend or convert based on order activity.

IT Project Manager Jobs in Richardson, TX: $60-$70/Hour, On-Site Contract

IT Project Manager – Richardson (100% On-Site)

Location: Richardson, TX (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $60.00 – $70.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: Full-time

About This Opportunity

Ready to run customer experience projects end to end instead of owning one slice of the plan? Our Richardson client needs a project manager who can carry CX work across the full lifecycle, from the schedule and budget through delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams both on-shore and off-shore, which means the stakeholder list is wide and the visibility is high. Rates are negotiable for the right background.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional on-shore and off-shore teams to hold deadlines
  • Lead status and steering meetings with stakeholders at every level
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they reach the timeline

  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project

  • PMP certification a plus

BIM Coordinator Jobs in Dallas, TX: Hybrid, Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

BIM Coordinator – Dallas (Hybrid)

Location: Dallas, TX 75251 (Hybrid, 4 days in office / 1 day remote)
Compensation: Based on experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

About This Opportunity

Know Revit well enough to teach it? Our Dallas client needs a BIM Coordinator to set up project files, audit model health, and bring the rest of the team up to speed on the software. Every support request doubles as a one-on-one training session, so the role blends hands-on MEPT modeling with mentoring. The schedule is hybrid from day one, and the client is open on compensation for the right background.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day Revit support, treating each request as a one-on-one training opportunity
  • Set up new project files and audit models against firm standards and constructability
  • Produce accurate MEPT modeling and documentation alongside designers and clients
  • Develop and maintain Revit families, project templates, and standardized workflows
  • Build training resources that keep the whole team working the same way

What You Need

  • Hands-on BIM coordination and MEPT modeling experience in an AEC environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
  • Experience with model health auditing and Revit family creation
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, Autodesk Forma (ACC), Bluebeam, Procore, or Newforma
  • Ability to work on site in Dallas four days per week

Why Apply: Hybrid schedule from day one, temp-to-hire or direct hire, compensation open to your experience level, and a technical lead role with training built into it.

Sales Jobs in Carrollton, TX: $60K-$75K Base Plus Bonus, Direct Hire

Regional Sales Manager – Carrollton

Location: Carrollton, TX (One day per week on site, remainder in the field)
Compensation: $60K-$75K Base + Quarterly Bonuses
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About This Opportunity

Ready to own a territory instead of a slice of one? Our Carrollton client manufactures commercial safety flooring and created this role to bridge East and West coast sales. You’ll spend one day a week on the phones at the warehouse and the rest in the field, with two weeks of training before you take the territory over. The role has room to expand into additional territories as it proves out.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and follow up on lead generation, both provided and self-generated
  • Build relationships with key contacts across the flooring industry
  • Represent the client at local and regional trade shows
  • Own local and regional sales strategy and growth targets
  • Split your week between the Carrollton warehouse phones and time in the field

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel, roughly 75% within Texas plus occasional trips to OK, AR, NM, and KS
  • Availability for two weeks of training, one at the Carrollton warehouse and one out of state
  • Flooring industry experience preferred

Why Apply: Direct hire, $60K-$75K base plus quarterly performance bonuses, a newly created role with room to expand into more territories, and two weeks of structured training.

Bilingual Customer Service Jobs in Irving, TX: $23-$25/Hour, Temp-to-Hire

Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Irving

Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday

About This Opportunity

Want to start your career at a Fortune 500 company? Our Irving client handles the end of the auto lease, and they need bilingual representatives who can take the call, walk customers through their options, and keep them coming back. This is an entry-level seat with a structured progression program for people who qualify, so the first role is a starting point rather than the whole job. The benefits package is one of the strongest we see attached to an hourly role.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on a dialer
  • Walk customers through their lease-end options and confirm final intentions
  • Verify balloon and lease returns with dealers
  • Quote payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
  • Share marketing information that builds long-term customer loyalty

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Comfort working a dialer with steady inbound and outbound call volume
  • Clear, patient phone communication with both customers and dealers

What We’re Seeing in the Dallas Job Market

Office hiring is leading the metro. Professional and Business Services added 23,500 jobs over the year through July 2026, up 3.0%, the largest gain of any sector in Dallas-Fort Worth, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Dallas-Fort Worth Area Economic Summary published September 2, 2026. That category covers accounting and finance, administrative, and customer service work.

Finance work is changing addresses. Financial Activities, which covers banks, insurance carriers, and real estate firms, gave up 4,100 jobs over the same period, a 1.0% decline, while professional services grew. Fewer accounting and finance seats sit inside banks than a year ago, and more of them sit inside professional services firms.

Dallas County has the deepest candidate pool. Metro unemployment was 4.6% in July 2026, up from 4.2% a year earlier, with Dallas County at 4.7% and Denton County tightest at 4.3%. More people are applying for the same openings, so a resume tailored to the posting and a same-day response to a recruiter carry more weight than they did last summer. Our resume resources are a reasonable place to start.

Dallas pay runs above the national average while prices run below it. Average weekly wages across the Dallas-Fort Worth area were $1,785 in the first quarter of 2026 against $1,654 nationally, and local consumer prices rose 2.9% over the 12 months ending July 2026 against 3.4% for the US city average. An offer here stretches further than the same number in most other metros. Check your number against the 2026 North Texas Salary Guide before you negotiate.
