Legal Assistant – Dallas

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare comprehensive cost and labor estimates for HVAC, process piping, and sheet metal trades
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and documentation to establish project scope

  • Coordinate project turnover from Estimating to Project Management and Field teams
  • Manage vendor/subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial/industrial estimating
  • Commercial HVAC estimating and/or installation experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional detail orientation with strong analytical skills
