Get to Know Amy
Amy Linn is a Strategic Partner in the PrideStaff Family of Companies. Her primary goal is to create positive experiences for her team, clients, and field associates that focus on what they value most. The PrideStaff Dallas culture is her highest priority; supporting the personal and professional goals of her team.
Amy practically grew up with PrideStaff. After graduating from Arizona State University she had plans of going straight into a Master’s degree program in Clinical Psychology. However, with mounting student debt, Amy saw it beneficial to take on some temporary work over the summer. As fate would have it, she was hired by the PrideStaff flagship franchise in Phoenix. Amy began as a Staffing Assistant and learned a great deal from the owners. It didn’t take long for her to recognize that the day-to-day operations actually seemed to be the least significant part of running the business. More importantly, Amy saw that how you made people feel could truly determine your success. She was inspired by the industry, and after a few short months she was hooked. Amy moved to Dallas just two years later to open the first Franchise in the market.
Amy’s clients and field associates should know that she and her team are slightly obsessed with outperforming. We work hard and celebrate big, so if we miss the mark, it hurts! She is driven by the PrideStaff mission to ‘Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.’ To Amy, that means we want to create an experience that you can’t wait to tell your friends and family about.
Celebrations and surprises are second nature for Amy. Every birthday, baby shower, graduation, anniversary, holiday, or accomplishment that she can find an excuse to surprise someone, she does! Amy puts special effort into the annual PrideStaff Dallas holiday celebration each year, always keeping it a surprise for the team. It’s no surprise that she also loves champagne, which goes hand-in-hand with those celebrations. While Amy dedicates a great deal of time to PrideStaff and its success, her family will always come first. What is Amy’s idea of a perfect celebration? A trip to Disney with her kids!
