Congratulations to our Sarah Brown for receiving the PrideStaff Companies DNA Award this year at the 2023 Awards Gala! The DNA Award recognizes only two team members for best representing what it means to embody the PrideStaff Mission and Core Values. Nominees are narrowed down and determined by PrideStaff’s Executive Team and announced at the PrideStaff Annual Conference among their colleagues from across the nation.
Sarah was nominated by PrideStaff Dallas Strategic Partner, Amy Linn for her dedication to improving our processes to create great experiences for our candidates, clients, and our internal team. While leading the launch of our latest division, G.A. Rogers and Associates, Sarah worked with various departments at our Home Office. She did this in parallel with transitioning two PrideStaff Financial veterans over to G.A. Rogers and onboarding two new PrideStaff Financial Consultants. When it came time for the first ever G.A. Rogers NPS (Net Promoter Score) round, she did not rest until she was confident we had the responses necessary to qualify. But did her results suffer? She and her team grew our total number of clients serviced, placement averages, and direct hire revenue.
Sarah’s NPS responses consistently tell the story of the trust she builds in her partnerships. One of her clients stated:
