Get to Know Alina
Alina Jones is a Recruiting Consultant. She focuses on recruiting talent, managing and maintaining employee and client relationships, and also conducting business development. Alina always strives to deliver quality work and gain an understanding of clients’ business needs focused on what they value most. She also focuses on matching candidates with the right opportunity that aligns with their goals.
Alina graduated from the University of North Texas with a double major in International Relations: Security and Diplomacy, and a French major with a minor in Spanish. She began her staffing career in 2019, and later joined the PrideStaff Financial team in 2020 as a Staffing Consultant.
In her freetime, Alina enjoys spending time outdoors; either at the beach, lake, or mountains.
