Shannon Frazier is a PrideStaff Staffing Consultant. She connects with clients and candidates alike to gain an understanding of their needs and then successfully meet them. Shannon is a social butterfly who genuinely loves connecting with people. She enjoys any opportunity that allows her to meet a need and leave a positive impact on others.
In her spare time, Shannon likes to explore new coffee shops. In fact, her love for coffee led her to a barista position with a local business several years ago. That role quickly evolved into Management opportunities and then Human Resources. While working in HR, Shannon fell in love with the process of screening and interviewing applicants. Entering the recruiting world with PrideStaff was a very exciting and natural next step for her.
Shannon is competitive, and it really shows when she’s playing games with her eight siblings! She loves that her family gatherings are huge, but she also enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, two kids, and three cats.
