Carole Arakelian is the Payroll Administrator for all PrideStaff Dallas locations. She is the champion behind the scenes ensuring that each contract employee is paid on time. Prior to joining the PrideStaff team, Carole worked directly with PrideStaff as a client. Our team placed employees at Carole’s former organization where her relationship with our team began. When Carole retired, it didn’t take her long to realize that she wanted to get back to work. She joined the PrideStaff team in 2015.

In her spare time, Carole volunteers with her church missions program and Samaritan’s Purse. She also volunteered for years with Presbyterian Plano and Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Carole and her husband volunteer with the Kairos Prison Ministry as well.
