Having friends in a new city can really pay off!
Nia Young is a PrideStaff North Dallas alum who spent most of 2016 working with our clients. Nia relocated to the Dallas area after graduating from Grambling State University. She always felt a calling to help others, and PrideStaff was quick to find a role for her in Customer Service. This was a great stepping stone to gain experience in her professional career.
Last fall, Nia’s friend from college reached out as he was planning a move to Dallas as well. Nia referred LaRoderick to PrideStaff for career assistance, and it didn’t take long for his experience to begin. LaRoderick was offered a Customer Service opportunity with a PrideStaff client in their corporate office.
