Our PrideStaff Dallas team just got back from the Annual Conference in Anaheim, California, and we’re still buzzing from it all. This event brings together PrideStaff teams from all over the country. It’s a chance to learn from the best in the staffing world, swap ideas, and give a big shoutout to everyone’s hard work over the past year. And this time around, our Dallas crew had plenty to celebrate.
We were absolutely thrilled to take home the 212 Degrees Award at the awards gala. It’s a big deal because it recognizes that extra effort, the kind that turns a good team into a great one. In our world of inside sales, it means we’re the top performers across the PrideStaff network. Even with a tough economy, a tight candidate pool, and all those tricky regulations, we had an incredible year. That award feels like a high-five to every single one of us for showing up and giving our all for our clients and candidates.
Then there’s Amy Linn and Julie Vicic, our Strategic-Partners, who walked away with the President’s Circle Award. They earned it by growing our offices and blowing past revenue goals. Right after the ceremony, they did what they always do and shared the love with the team.
Amy put it simply: “We wouldn’t be here without the hard work of our truly outstanding team,” Linn stated. “Every member of our staff lives out PrideStaff’s Mission to ‘Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most,’ soaring beyond the expected to create exceptional service experiences tailored to each client’s specific needs.” Julie added, beaming with pride: “Leading a team with so much commitment is as humbling as it is inspiring. Every day we are amazed by their steadfast commitment to the success of our clients, candidates, and field associates. The impact they create extends beyond business success—it strengthens the entire community. This year, we’ve pushed ourselves to work even more efficiently and strategically to support employers and job seekers across Dallas. That commitment is already propelling our office to even greater heights in 2025.”
PrideStaff Co-CEO Tammi Heaton had some kind words for us too. She said, “Great teams are a product of great leaders. You only have to spend a moment with Amy and Julie to understand the roots of their success. They turn every conversation into a lasting relationship. They embody the PrideStaff brand, continuously elevating the experience for customers and teammates, even winning the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Place to Work award. It is a privilege to present this well-earned award to the PrideStaff North Dallas team, and I’m excited to see them thrive in this next year and into the future.”
The wins didn’t stop there. Jody Northcutt snagged the NPS Leader Award for PrideStaff because she’s a client and associate favorite in our annual surveys. One candidate summed it up: “Jody really listened and found me a job that fits like a glove. She made it feel personal.” Alina Jones grabbed the same award for PrideStaff Financial, with folks raving about how she’s there every step of the way. And Sarah Brown? She earned the Highest Average G.A. Rogers & Associates Fee for 2024, which means she’s knocking it out of the park with results.
These awards aren’t just for the trophy case. They’re proof of how much we care, how excited we get, and how good we are at what we do. Staffing and executive recruiting isn’t just a job for us at PrideStaff Dallas. It’s about making a real difference, one placement and one happy client at a time. Whether you’re a company looking for the perfect hire or someone chasing a dream job, we’re here with open arms. Let’s make 2025 a year to remember, together.
