PrideStaff Remains at the Top in Client Satisfaction with ClearlyRated’s Survey Analysis

ClearlyRated is the industry’s recognized voice for the measurement and improvement of client satisfaction. It is an independent 3rd party who analyzes more than 300,000 staffing industry client and job candidate surveys each year. Net Promoter® is both a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel profitable growth in your business.

We are very excited to share that we received an 80% Net Promoter Score® from our clients this year. (To put that into perspective, note the graphic of World Class Brands, including PrideStaff.) Overall our clients continue to give us high marks on our friendly responsive team, quality of candidates, and individualized service approach.
