What were you doing before working with G.A. Rogers North Dallas?
I worked in the CPG food and beverage industry across sales, marketing and brand management for many years and got to work on fun, exciting new product launches for some well-known brands! Having always been curious about the recruiting world, I moved into contract recruiting and wanted to delve deeper to make a bigger impact, so here I am!
What is your role with G.A. Rogers
I am a Recruiting Consultant; every day is different I love tapping into new talent and connecting people with opportunities not on their radar!
What is your favorite thing about working at G.A. Rogers?
The people I work with of course! They are genuinely the nicest people who truly care about each person and go above and beyond to help make a difference in their lives. Volunteering is important to me and I love that they are focused on supporting and serving the community each month. Every achievement, no matter how big or small, is celebrated by the team.
What is your favorite G.A. Rogers memory?
It’s a very FUN, warm and inviting place to work! There is always something new and exciting to learn and experience. On top of that, this team really knows how to celebrate in style!
Anything your clients and candidates may not know about you?
You may not know it when you speak to me, but I’m from across the pond! Being a foodie, I love exploring new cuisines and pop-up places around town and venturing to new destinations around the world.
As a passionate advocate for people with IDD (Intellectual Developmental Disabilities), I enjoy helping Best Buddies North Texas (non-profit) promote inclusion in the community.
