The PrideStaff Companies DNA Award will recognize two team members for best representing what it means to be a part of PrideStaff through the consistent embodiment of Our Mission and Core Values, which is to “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most!”
This year at our annual conference, Greg Geering and our very own, JODY NORTHCUTT, were recognized for making our mission a part of who they are every single day! Jody makes every person she comes into contact with feel special and truly listens and values what they say. She cares about their needs, on both the client and employee side, and does whatever it takes to meet those needs!
Last week, Greg actually took time out of his schedule to come and train us on the new EDGE app (available in your app store now) which shows his willingness to go above and beyond! We were able to get a picture of both the DNA winners together!
This award was extremely well deserved and we are so proud of our Jody who teaches us how to live our mission out everyday! Congratulations!
