Who else is shocked that January is already coming to an end? We are for sure, but time flies when you are having fun! We are off to a great start for this new year and have enjoyed every second of it! From helping people find new jobs, to having a pajama day at work, it has truly been an amazing first month of 2020!!!
Just this month, we have had over 30 orientations, which is absolutely our favorite part of our jobs! It is a time to celebrate our new employees that are going to begin their new careers and we love knowing we helped make that process as smooth as possible! Here are just a few of our new employees at orientation!
We also gave out some referral bonus CA$H, and we are already getting our checks signed and ready to give out more money next month! You can get in on the referral bonuses too! All you have to do is refer a friend to us and after they work 160 hours, you get a $100 bonus! It Pays to Have Friends!
We celebrated our employees that went permanent (as you see Amanda below) and employees that have had amazing longevity in their roles like Gabe, (seen below) who has done a phenomenal job in his role for 3 years now! If you don’t already know, we LOVE to celebrate our amazing employees!
Having a fun and comfortable work environment is really important, so we have decided to incorporate new activities throughout each month! This month we had pajama day, “Superbowl Tuesday”, yoga Fridays, and today was bring your dog to work day!
What an amazing January! We are so excited to see what February brings! We have some amazing things planned for 2020 and the best is yet to come!!!
