Taniyah Carter is a long-time employee for PrideStaff and officially became an alumni when she found a permanent home a few months ago. She was also a selected winner of our Everyday Hero program in May of 2019 for her dedication to going above and beyond at her work. Taniyah has a long-time friend, Ronnie, who she knows through their respective mothers. Their mothers have been friends, so it was destined for Taniyah and Ronnie to come together as they continued to grow. Ronnie reached out to Taniyah in hopes of getting her advice about his professional career and how he may be able to find success just as she had. Taniyah immediately referred him to PrideStaff. She said she knew that we would take amazing care of him! Soon after, Ronnie started his first position in a corporate setting!
