We believe it is Our Mission to “consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” Our outstanding Field Associates carry this Mission with them every day to dive in with both hands and feet to work hard, serve others, and make a difference is only a small part of what makes our Everyday Heroes shine. It’s these tendencies combined with their ability to pour their efforts into others in order to leave things better than they found it that have made our Everyday Heroes an indispensable part of PrideStaff. This month we are excited to recognize Kyle Packlick as our Everyday Hero! He is always willing to take on additional tasks and department responsibilities whenever the opportunity presents itself. His positive attitude, calm personality and desire to help others doesn’t go unnoticed and is received well by his peers. He is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy. Kyle is always open to accepting feedback on ways to improve his overall performance. He takes his role within the company serious and sets a great example for the team. Since he has started with us he has made a positive impact and we are happy to have him on the team.”
