As the weekend is coming to a close, it is time to set goals and make plans for this upcoming week! PrideStaff North Dallas has always been serious about hitting our goals, but we like to aim higher than what is expected, and we absolutely love looking back on each week and admiring the success of not only our internal team, but also the success of our employees, and we sure do have some amazing ones!
We love being able to celebrate our employees who accept permanent offers, and it was raining permanent offers this last week! Here are some great pictures of Erica, Adia, and Brea, who are all SUPERSTARS and have represented PrideStaff so well! We are so proud of them!
We also celebrated Lilia’s one year anniversary! It has been amazing to work with her and seeing her succeed in her role!
Orientation was overflowing with new employees this week, and you know what that means… NEW JOBS!!! Yay! We are so excited for our employees to be starting new roles this next week! Congrats!
Also this week, our Pridestaff employees had a fantastic time bonding and volunteering at Irving Cares this past Tuesday! Irving Cares is a wonderful organization that helps members of the community that are in need, get back on their feet through a program they have available as well as they give out groceries. Part of our team helped with sealing envelopes that will be sent out this week to promote their annual charity event! Our other team members bagged groceries and handed them out to people in the community! It truly is an amazing organization and if you would like to get involved, CLICK HERE to learn more!
Also remember that “It Pays to Have Friends”, and Daja is a great example of our referral bonus program! Daja referred her friend Erick (seen below), and after he worked 160 hours, she got a $100 bonus! Its a pretty good deal! You help your friend out, AND you get paid for it!
