We believe it is Our Mission to “consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” Our outstanding Field Associates carry this Mission with them every day to dive in with both hands and feet to work hard, serve others, and make a difference is only a small part of what makes our Everyday Heroes shine. It’s these tendencies combined with their ability to pour their efforts into others in order to leave things better than they found it that have made our Everyday Heroes an indispensable part of PrideStaff. This month we are excited to recognize Taniyah Carter as our Everyday Hero!

Taniyah arrived on site on day one ready to learn. She has excelled at training and within her first month has achieved one of the highest Quality Assurance (QA) scores in the call center. Recently, Taniyah handled an emergency call from an elevator with trapped passengers. The passengers were understandably upset they were trapped. Once released, the passengers complained to the company branch office. The branch requested recordings from the call. The recordings reflected Taniyah’s confident, empathetic, and helpful assistance provided to the passengers. She represented our company and our department like a ROCK STAR! We are very thankful she joined our team.
