Meet Jody Northcutt, PrideStaff Senior Staffing Consultant. Originally from California, Jody is a beach bum to the core. Though she considers Dallas to be her home, she sinks her toes in the sand any chance she gets. Her favorite vacation spot? Hawaii!



What were you doing before working with PrideStaff North Dallas? Living in California. I worked for a nonprofit, The Family Life Center, as the Director of Development. The Center focuses on positive options for women, men, and families in need.


What is your role with PrideStaff? I am a Sr. Staffing Consultant. I focus on client and candidate development. It’s always my top priority to find the right candidates for our clients, and provide more service than seems necessary.


What is your favorite thing about working at PrideStaff? Daily interaction with our incredible staff/team, and the opportunity to place people in their dream job. (Go team!)


What is your Favorite PrideStaff memory? All of our Christmas events are top notch (especially when you love the people you work with)! Each year it gets better, with my favorite being the most recent in 2015. We went to the Travaasa Resort in Austin, Texas – Two days of pure fun, team building, and bonding!


Anything your clients and candidates may not know about you? I am a California native in my heart, but consider myself home in Dallas. I’m also a party-throwing, gift-giving extraordinaire – I love the extra details (and crafting)!


Any awards or recognitions you’ve received? Back in the day – Dale Carnegie Sales Talk Champion. I can sell a feature and benefit with the best of them! 😉
