Meet Stephanie Wallick, PrideStaff Financial Senior Staffing Consultant. If you look for Stephanie outside of the office, odds are you will find her sporting burnt orange, and watching Texas football with a house full of boys.

What were you doing before working with PrideStaff North Dallas? Prior to PrideStaff, I worked for a year at a small business as their Office Manager handling administrative and bookkeeping functions.  Funny enough, I was hired there through a staffing agency, temp-to-hire!  And before that, I was in school at The University of Texas at Austin.  I graduated with a BBA in Finance.  Hook em Horns!  😉

What is your role with PrideStaff? I am a Sr. Staffing Consultant in the financial division, PrideStaff Financial.  My main focus is to build our financial brand and support our clients with hiring needs in that field.  Some of the core positions we focus on are accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeepers, staff accounts, financial analysts, on up to management level roles.  My day is never the same!  It could include anything from recruiting, interviewing, account management, employee relations, client meetings, and marketing.

What is your favorite thing about working with PrideStaff? The people!  I work with an amazing team that is like family to me.

What is your favorite PrideStaff memory? One of my favorite memories is winning PrideStaff’s national “Office of the Year” award two years in a row!  We work very hard, and it was amazing to see that pay off!

Anything your clients and candidates may not know about you? I am born and raised in Texas!  I am married and have two sweet boys.  I have also worked for PrideStaff for 11 years!

Any awards or recognitions you’ve received? PrideStaff Financial Circle of Excellence award four times.  Office of the Year four times.  President’s Circle award.  Million Dollar Milestone award.  Certified Staffing Professional designation. (I’ve obviously been here a while!)
