Pridestaff North Dallas hosted its second event in the “Coffee & Collaboration” series at American Honda Finance on March 25th.
The event was an opportunity for local customer service managers and HR professionals to discuss and collaborate on the challenges of employee engagement in the call center environment. Managers from organizations like Goosehead Insurance and the North Texas Tollway Authority were able to share ideas on how to monitor and impact employee engagement, and ultimately, the effect it has on the their bottom line.
