Several months ago we set a goal. We understand how important online reviews are, and our best partnerships often come from referrals. Online reviews not only help others learn about who we are, feedback from candidates and clients is important to the success of our business. Our team goal was to gain 100+ Google reviews, and in January WE DID IT!
Lisa Crawford wrote our 100th Google review! She visited the office last week to complete her new hire orientation, and we made it a point to celebrate the milestone!
Comments and suggestions aren’t things we shy away from. We regularly ask for feedback, and we encourage our clients and candidates to spread the word about their PrideStaff experience. Word-of-mouth has always been a key strategy for our business growth. However, we’ve learned that online word-of-mouth can sometimes be a bit more challenging thanks to Internet algorithms and time constraints. We are proud that the online world now recognizes what our clients and candidates have known for a long time (even before the Internet days!). We currently have a 4.7 star rating on Google, and we are pretty proud of that as well. 🙂
