Meet Mary Sisler, PrideStaff Senior Staffing Consultant. She hates plaid, loves her fur babies, and her family might burn your city down if you give them any trouble. Mary knows Dallas like the back of her hand – one reason she is so great at what she does.

 

 

What were you doing before working with PrideStaff North Dallas? Before Pridestaff, I worked as a program therapist with children on the Autism Spectrum.  I went to the University of Texas at Dallas for my BA in Psychology, and graduated with honors.

 

What is your role with PrideStaff? As a Sr. Staffing Consultant I handle account management, sourcing and recruiting, management of employees, client services, marketing, and inside sales. My niche areas are Commercial Real Estate and Executive Support roles.  I partner with my clients and strive to always make the best match possible between them and the candidate, which guarantees a successful outcome for everyone.  

 

What is your favorite thing about working at PrideStaff? My favorite part about working at PrideStaff is the awesome people we meet and get to work with. No day is ever the same – it never gets boring!

 

What is your Favorite PrideStaff memory? Winning Office of the Year at our national conference two times in a row!!

 

Anything your clients and candidates may not know about you? I was born and raised in Texas. I attended an all-girls Catholic High School (hence my hatred for for plaid…). Animal lover with a cat, two dogs… and a fish. I’m part of the O’Leary family who burnt down Chicago way back when – Watch out! 😉

 

Any awards or recognitions you’ve received? Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Inside Sales Award three times, and Office of the Year multiple times!!
