PrideStaff Nominated as a “2015 Best Place to Work”

PrideStaff North Dallas is honored to be nominated as one of Dallas Business Journal’s 2015 “Best Places to Work.” PrideStaff, along with multiple employers making the list were recognized at a special awards luncheon held at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel on June 25th. The team showed their spirit by donning “Super PrideStaff” costumes.

Amy Linn, CSP and Strategic-Partner of PrideStaff North Dallas, is thrilled that her office made the list this year. “For a long time, we’ve strived to create an environment in which our employees are engaged in meaningful work every day,” states Linn. “Receiving this recognition is more than an honor for us; it validates that we’ve accomplished our goal of building an organization our team feels proud to work for.”

Linn cites a number of reasons her employees responded so favorably to the third-party workplace survey. “Our management team takes a personal approach to creating a great work experience for each employee,” says Linn. “We continually look for opportunities to recognize individual achievements, to align employees’ work roles with their preferences and strengths, and to support professional growth for each team member. Our employees have real control over the culture here; that control translates into higher levels of engagement, commitment, and pride in their work.”

The Best Places to Work program seeks to recognize the best employers to work for in North Texas. Independent research firm, Quantum Workplace surveyed employees from several hundred companies to create their 2015 Best Places to Work list.
